TIM PLESTER is a London-based actor, playwright and filmmaker.
His feature-length documentary Way Of The Morris premiered at the 2011 SXSW Film Festival and was selected by the UK Film Focus as one of the "Breakthrough" British films of the year. Produced by Fifth Column Films, the award-winning film is now available on DVD, following its release in UK cinemas and its broadcast on SkyArts HD.
Previously, Tim created the cult short films 'Ant Muzak', Blake's Junction 7 and World Of Wrestling (all now available on DVD). He also wrote, directed and starred in the award-winning short film English Language [With English Subtitles] - which premiered at the 2007 Los Angeles Film Festival, screened at over 45 film festivals worldwide, and is available through iTunes. He has recently completed work on 2 new projects: Here We'm Be Together (a new documentary film with co-director Rob Curry), and a lyrical JFK-themed cine-poem entitled Et In Motorcadia Ego! (made in collaboration with Lamb+Sea).
Tim is currently developing several feature-film ideas.
